About Us

The mission of DA-IICT is to create a center of excellence for imparting state-of-the-art education, training and research in the field of information and communication technology. With this aim in mind interested faculty in the areas of computer vision, image processing and pattern recognition form this group to deliberate cutting edge research. The vision of the group is focused research of international standard in some of the areas that come under the broad umbrella of image processing. The group intends to increase the relation between academia and industry to fullest extent for solving problems in the field of image processing that are pertinent to the industry.
